Resolution number RD/2024/49 MOVED by Member I Wagstaff, seconded by Member T Holdgate an amendment to the original recommendations by way of replacement: That the Rodney Local Board: a) whakaae / approve the landowner approval application from the Whangateau Residents and Ratepayers Association to undertake tree protection works at the Whangateau Domain Recreation Reserve, Whangateau, subject to the applicant meeting the approval of all regulatory requirements and being responsible for ongoing maintenance of the seawall. |
