Members are reminded of the need to be vigilant and to stand aside
from decision making when a conflict arises between their role as a member and
any private or other external interest they might have.
Specifically, members are asked to identify any new interests that they
have not previously disclosed and any interest that might be considered as a
conflict of interest with a matter on the agenda.

That
the Whau Local Board:
a) whai
/ adopt the draft 2023/2024 Whau Local Board Annual Report as set out in
Attachment A to the agenda report.
b) tuhi
ā-taipitopito / note that any proposed changes after the
adoption will be clearly communicated and agreed with the chairperson before
the report is submitted for adoption by the Governing Body on
26 September 2024.
