Item 1 – Local Board Annual Planning Workshop 3 - Recap Annual Budget Regional Topics + Annual Budget input

Staff led discussions with local board members providing a brief summary of the regional topics in the Annual Plan prior to developing feedback on the Mayoral Proposal.

Item 3 – Parks and Community Facilities Monthly Update and Local Parks Ecological Volunteering and Environmental Programmes Update

Summary of Discussions

Greer Clark updated the board on the Parks and Community Facilities maintenance delivery, ecological maintenance, project deliveries and sports fields and facilities. Key highlights included the Titirangi War Memorial Hall and Library refurbishments alongside changes to Ecological Roadside pest plant control (RPMP compliance). Additionally, the Community Park Ranger updated the board on the local parks ecological volunteering and environmental programmes.
