·       Draft Auckland Open Space, Sport and Recreation Strategy- Part 1 and Part 2

·       Local Government Reform feedback

·       Members reviewed the draft letter responding to the Counties Manukau Rugby League request to be domiciled at Opaheke Park.. No changes were made to the letter.

·       Members reviewed the Auckland Emergency Management thank you letter.  No changes were proposed to the letter.

·       Volunteer Certificates - nominee achievements and contact details to be provided to the PA/Office Manager by close of business Friday 22 November 2024.

·       Request to rebrand Summer Concert – direction given that the board was happy to incorporate the sub-heading (Celebrating 100 years of the Local Volunteer Fire Service)

·       Presentation to Governing Body 27 Nov 2024
