Item 1 – Lopdell Trust |

9.30am-10.00am Presenter/s: Terry Bates, Chairperson; Tim Livingstone, Deputy Chair; Emmy Seccombe, Trust's Executive Officer; Craig Bodmin; Trust Member; Jeff Wells; Trust Member. Summary of Discussions Lopdell Trust members and staff presented highlights and challenges of the past 18 months. This included the Trust’s financial position, its critical challenges looking ahead, its obligations of partnership with Council and the Trust’s community engagement.

Summary of Discussions The McCahon House Trust presented an overview of their recent engagement events, local engagement, and international engagement. The presentation also included the Trust’s educational achievements over the past 18 months, alongside a snapshot of their challenges and highlights. |

Item 3 – Te Uru Contemporary Gallery |

Summary of Discussions Te Uru presented its highlights and challenges over the past 18 months, providing the board with a range of statistics to highlight its current financial position, as well as its achievements spanning from visitor attendance to visitor demographic. |

Summary of Discussions The Upstairs gallery presented to the board its highlights and challenges of the past 18 months alongside important collaborations in which the gallery have participated in. The Gallery also presented important statistics to highlight its various programs, visitors and performances. |
