		Implementation of the Franklin Sport and Active Recreation Facilities Plan Presenter:                   Kieran Nevey, Sport and Recreation Lead Governance role:        Setting direction/priorities/budget Summary of Discussions: The board gave direction on grant recommendations for priority projects identified within the Franklin Sport and Active Recreation Facilities Plan. 		Pools and Leisure Service Provider Presenters:      Garth Dawson, Head of Service Partner Delivery                         Darryl Hamilton, Aquatic and Recreation Facilities                         Craig Carter, CEO / Director Community Leisure Management CLM                         Kirsty Knowles,  General Manager Operations/ Director Governance role:        Setting direction/priorities Summary of Discussions:       The board were introduced to the incoming service providers, CLM, who will be commencing management of the Franklin pool facilities on 1 April 2025. A report will be presented to the board for resolution in 2025.

The workshop closed at 2.35pm
