Summary of discussions:

Staff provided information on the Howick Local Board accommodation plans completed and phase 2 to be completed by April 2025.

Summary of discussions:

The Local Board Senior Advisor - Tracey Freeman updated the Board on the draft Howick Play Plan 2024 that will be coming to the next business meeting. And an invitation to visit and view the programme of Enviroschools in the local board area.

The Local Board Advisor Matt – Fletcher reminded members of the feedback sort on the Resource Management (Consenting and Other System Changes) Amendment Bill.

Auckland Transport Monthly Update

Summary of discussions:

The Board were updated and discussed the Half Moon Bay Vehicular Ferry Northern Dolphin and existing infrastructure renewal works project, and were updated and reviewed the current completed and proposed four LBTCF projects. Auckland Transport staff provided the Board an update on the Botany College Dynamic Pedestrian crossing, with the Board providing feedback.

Combined application for Lease and Landowner approval - Howick Sailing Club

The Board received an update on upcoming events and gave feedback on engagement opportunities, and explored methods that make identifying and communicating the interests and preferences of the people in the local board area
