/ approve the proposed content for inclusion in the 2025/2026 letters of expectations
to Tātaki Auckland Limited and Watercare Services Limited as
set out in this report and with any amendments requested by the Committee
b) tautapa
/ delegate authority to the Mayor, Chair of the Committee and Lead
Councillors to finalise and issue the 2025/2026 letters of expectations to Tātaki
Auckland Limited and Watercare Services Limited
c) whakaae
/ approve a one-month extension of statutory deadlines for Tātaki
Auckland Unlimited and Watercare Services Limited statements of intent for
2025-2028, as provided for in the Local Government Act Schedule 8, section
4
d) pōwhiri/ invite the Chairs of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited and Watercare Services Limited to
present their draft 2025-2028 statements of intent at the April 2025 meeting
of this committee.
