Local Board Time Presenter/s: Members and Staff
Summary of Discussions Members and Staff discussed general business and upcoming events. · Staff presented consultation posters that will be going out to the community. The board gave feedback. · A member asked if there will be copies provided in Te Reo Māori and Pacific languages. Staff advised that they are able to check and get back to the board but also noted that uptake for Pacific language copies was not high.

Connected Communities Quarterly Update – Quarter Two Presenter/s: Sopo Su'a-Elia (Community Broker, Community Wellbeing) Dany Miller (Connected Communities Lead and Coach, Community Wellbeing)
Summary of Discussions The community wellbeing team presented the board with their usual quarterly update, giving the board an overview of specific work line items, including achievements, highlights and challenges.

Review Current Work Programme 25/26 Presenter/s: Claire Abbot (Local Board Advisor, Governance and Engagement)
Summary of Discussions Board members and staff reviewed the current work programme. · Board members expressed a need for regular reporting from departments. Members discussed regular reporting such as emails or weekly reports. · Staff suggest members could request that staff tailor regular reporting updates to better meet the needs of members as well as the community. · Members indicated whether they would want to continue, increase, reduce or stop work programme lines for next financial year.
