Resolution number NGA/2025/2 MOVED by Cr A Dalton, seconded by Member W Maihi: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a) tuhi tīpoka / note the operational updates as detailed in this report; b) ohia / endorse in principle the proposal to relocate the two pedestrian walkways connecting Takaparawhau to Rukutai Street and Aotea Street as per 11 November 2024 agenda. c) tuhi tīpoka / note the proposal to relocate the two pedestrian walkways connecting Takaparawhau to Rukutai Street and Aotea Street is contingent upon the decision of the Minister of Conservation and involve public consultation. |

Resolution number NGA/2025/3 MOVED by Member S Milne, seconded by Member A Hawke: That the Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Reserves Board: a) tuhi tīpoka / note the project update reports i) Mahi Toi ii) Pourewa Nursery Expansion iii) Access – Pathways & Signage 2024 iv) Takaparawhau Playground and Events Area v) Pourewa Access and Security vi) Takaparawhau Cliff Stabilisation b) whakaae / approve the Pourewa Phase 4 Access Pathways & Signage project plan and budget of $350,000 c) whakaae / approve the reallocation of the LTP funding for the Ko Te Pūkākī 2040 first 5-year cycle (note the $2,958,016 costs over 5 years are entirely within the currently allocated LTP funding, and no additional funds are required). |

We extend our deepest condolences to Munen Prakash on the passing of his whanaunga. Our thoughts are with him during this difficult time. Ka aroha ki te whānau pani.
