Item 1 - Local board budget update and cost pressures |

10.00am-10.45am Governance role: Keeping informed. Summary of Discussions: Staff informed the board on their 2025/2026 budget position, relevant cost pressures, and impacts of potential options, ahead of developing their work programme.
This workshop was held with the public excluded (confidential), to allow free and frank discussion.

Summary of Discussions: Auckland Transport staff provided the board with a monthly update, including a discussion of options for projects to be funded using the Local Board Transport Capital Fund.
