Item 1 - Local board budget update and cost pressures

Governance role:          Keeping informed.

Summary of

Discussions:                 Staff informed the board on their 2025/2026 budget position, relevant cost pressures, and impacts of potential options, ahead of developing their work programme.

 

This workshop was held with the public excluded (confidential), to allow free and frank discussion.

 

 

 

Item 2 - Auckland Transport monthly update

Summary of

Discussions:                 Auckland Transport staff provided the board with a monthly update, including a discussion of options for projects to be funded using the Local Board Transport Capital Fund.

Discussions:                 Auckland Transport (AT) staff provided the board with an update on Corridor Plans - long-term plans for optimisation of key arterial routes - before AT begins public engagement.
