Summary of discussion: The purpose of this workshop was to gather feedback on the draft 2025/2026 work programme and to identify priorities for allocating additional operational expenditure (opex) funding from fairer funding, aimed at addressing opex cost pressures. The local board provided feedback on the draft work programme for 2025/2026. This feedback will be used to update the work programmes before presenting the finalised versions to the local board for adoption at a business meeting.
