Summary of Discussions:

The local board was provided with an update on the Pupuke/Raleigh/Ocean View Project.

The local board raised the following points and questions in response to the presentation:

· Concerns raised over AT’s lack of awareness of the resource consent and highlighted systemic gaps.

· Questioned cost implications of a new design.

· Questioned viability of potential new designs.

· Concerns raised about traffic flow and safety at the intersection.

Next Steps:

· A report will come to the 9 April 2025 business meeting for the board to provide feedback.
