Item 1 - Youth coordinator role & youth space |

10.00am-10.30am Governance role: Setting direction / priorities / budget. Summary of Discussions: Staff provided the board with advice on a youth coordinator role & sought direction from the board on a youth hub.
This workshop was held with the public excluded to allow free and frank discussion.

10.30am-11.15am Governance role: Keeping informed. Summary of Discussions: Staff provided an update on Te Hono and answered questions from the board.
This workshop was held with the public excluded to allow free and frank discussion, as it included discussions of commercially sensitive information.

Item 3 - Climate Action Initiatives |

11.15am-12.00pm Governance role: Setting direction / priorities / budget. Summary of Discussions: Staff presented options for expanding existing climate action initiatives, as well as opportiunities to invest in new climate action initiatives, to assist with 2025/2026 environmental work programme development.
This workshop was held with the public excluded to allow free and frank discussion.
