Purpose: Present draft work programmes and LBA targets to the local board for discussion and feedback Governance Role: Setting direction/priorities/budgets Summary of Discussion: Staff presented the draft work programme for 2025/2026, highlighting proposed changes to the programme, budget estimates, and new items for consideration. Additional workshop time will be organized to consider specific issues prior to Workshop 8, when the final draft of the work programme will be presented for review.
