Governance role: Keeping informed Summary of discussions: The Board were updated and discussed The Parade Stage 2 – Proposals, and further discussed the LBTCF projects by providing feedback and comments on Flat Bush School Road and Kerrykeel Drive.

The Urgent decision: Proposed wastewater environmental performance standards, and Feedback requested on Howick Local Board views on the draft Contributions Policy 2025. The Board declined to provide feedback on the Cemeteries bylaw report. |

Te Ara Hura 2027 P&CF maintenance contracts
Presenter/s: Marcel Morgan – Manager Area Operations Sarah Jones - Programme Manager Governance role: Setting direction, priorities and budgets Summary of discussions: Parks and Community Facilities provided a summary of its performance and measures. The Board provided feedback and insights as a starting point for the Te Ara Hura 2027 P&CF maintenance contracts, taking into consideration the community they represent. |
