Summary of discussions:

The Board were updated and discussed The Parade Stage 2 – Proposals, and further

discussed the LBTCF projects by providing feedback and comments

on Flat Bush School Road and Kerrykeel Drive.

The Urgent decision: Proposed wastewater environmental performance standards, and

Feedback requested on Howick Local Board views on the draft Contributions Policy 2025.

The Board declined to provide feedback on the Cemeteries bylaw report.

Te Ara Hura 2027 P&CF maintenance contracts

Governance role:          Setting direction, priorities and budgets

Summary of discussions:

Parks and Community Facilities provided a summary of its performance and measures.

The Board provided feedback and insights as a starting point for the Te Ara Hura 2027

 P&CF maintenance contracts, taking into consideration the community they represent.
