Item 1 – Local Board Annual Planning workshop 6: Local Board Work Programmes and Targets 12.00pm-3.00pm Presenter/s:                  Amirah Rab, Relationship Advisor; Eryn Shields, Team Leader Planning; Robert Sutherland, Low Carbon Specialist; Bianca Lilley, Senior Healthy Waters Specialist; Alastair Jeffery, Conservation Advisor; Sarah Killick, Biosecurity Principal Advisor; Chris Bindon, Conservation Advisor; Rowena Gilchrist, Senior Conservation Advisor; Tracey Parsons, Team Manager Natural Environment Delivery. Summary of discussions: Members provided feedback on the draft 2025/2026 work programme for the ‘Our Environment’ part of the programme that staff presented to the local board. Members also Identified priorities for allocation of additional operating expenditure funding from fairer funding.
