	Full facility contract update and Te Ara Hura, 2027 PCF maintenance contracts Presenter/s:                  Sarah Jones (Manager Te Ara Hura), Jennifer Rose (Head of Business Performance, P&CF), Bill Teaukura (Manager Area Operations) Purpose:                       Local initiative / preparing for specific decisions Governance role:          Define board position and feedback Summary of discussions: a) The local board was updated on the current contract performance and was provided a briefing on the Te Ara Hura, 2027 PCF maintenance contracts. The board also provided their feedback.
