Governance role: Keeping informed. Summary of Discussions: Ecomatters and council staff provided the board with an update on the sustainability initiatives that EcoMatters has delivered with funding received via the board's environmental work programme.

Summary of Discussions: Staff introduced the new Eke Panuku Placemaker, presented the Draft Eke Panuku Avondale Placemaking Programme for the financial year 2025/2026, and sought input from the Whau Local Board on opportunities, local considerations, partnerships, and awareness to guide work plans in the coming year.
