2025/2026 Hibiscus and Bays Grants Programme Review

Summary of discussions

Staff were online to discuss the new Grants Programme for 2025/2026.

Session 3 – 11.38am

AT update: Special Vehicle Lane on Hibiscus Coast Highway, Silverdale

Presenters:                   Beth Houlbrooke – Elected Member Relationship Partner (North)

                                      Kendra Wilson – Senior Transportation Engineer

                                      Madelein Hoffman – Project Manager

                                      Chhavi Kohli – Senior Specialist Comms & Engagement

                                      Chris Martin – Road Network Optimisation Manager

Summary of discussions

Auckland Transport staff were in attendance to discuss the Hibiscus Coast Highway Special Vehicle Lane project and to seek feedback from the local board on the project.

Army Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant - Capacity Update

Presenters:                   Ben Halliwell – Elected Member Relationship Manager

                                      Priyan Perera – Chief Strategy and Planning officer.

Summary of discussions

Watercare staff were in attendance to provide an update on the capacity of the Army Bay Wastewater Treatment Plant and to discuss future upgrades.
