Item 1 – Parks and Community Facilities maintenance contracts - Full facility contract update and Te Ara Hura 2027

Item 3 – Rosebank Speedway, post-hearing workshop

Governance role:          Local initiative / preparing for specific decisions

Summary of

Discussions:                 Staff led discussion on the hearing held on February 27 and the commissioner's recommendations.

This workshop was held with the public excluded to allow free and frank discussion.
