Summary of discussions:       

The Policy team assisted the Board's decision-making on whether to adopt proposed changes to local dog access rules in its local board area, ahead of this matter coming to the 15 May business meeting.

Proposed Outcome/s: 

1.     The Advisor provided an update on the status of the Flat Bush pop-up library.

2.     The Democracy Advisor flagged upcoming feedback for the 15 May business meeting and noted an upcoming urgent decision on Council’s submission on proposed Government amendments to the Waste Minimisation Act 2008 and the Litter Act 1979.

3.     The PA/Office Manager provided an update on upcoming Howick Local Board events.
