Summary of

Discussions:                 Staff sought feedback from the board on draft 2025/2026 work programmes prior to approval at the business meeting on 25 June 2025.

This workshop was held with the public excluded to allow free and frank discussion.

Item 2 - 2024/2025 Whau Local Grants Round Two

Governance role:          Local initiative / preparing for specific decisions.

Summary of

Discussions:                 Staff led discussion on applications submitted to 2024/2025 Whau Local Grants Round Two.

This workshop was held with the public excluded, as it included discussion of personal information relating to individuals and community groups.

The workshop finished at 3.00pm
