Request for Feedback on Health and Hygiene Bylaw Review

Note:   changes were made to the original recommendation, adding new clause d), as a Chair’s recommendation.

That the Small Business Advisory Panel:

a)      tuhi tīpoka / note the current progress of the review of the Health and Hygiene Bylaw 2013 and Health and Hygiene Code of Practice 2013.

b)      tuku / provide feedback on any issues raised by the review of the Health and Hygiene Bylaw 2013 and Health and Hygiene Code of Practice 2013.

c)      tuku / provide advice to staff on best practice for consulting with business owners on any changes to the Health and Hygiene Bylaw 2013 and Health and Hygiene Code of Practice 2013.

d)      tuku / provide additional advice to Lexy Turner - lexy.turner@aucklandcouncil.govt.nz, who will pass it along to the Regulatory Practice Unit, within the next seven days.
