Purpose:                       Community partners to report back on their projects to the board

Governance role:          Oversight and monitoring

Summary of Discussions:

Community Partners presented their activities to the board, demonstrating outcomes from the community partnership programme funding.

Session 2

Local Board Annual Plan Workshop 9 – Local Board Agreement

Presenter/s:                  Georgina Gilmour, Senior Advisor

                                      Faithe Smith, Lead Financial Advisor

Purpose:                       Discuss content of the draft local board agreement 2025/2026, including fees and charges and performance measures

Governance role:          Setting direction, priorities, budget

Summary of Discussions:

The board reviewed a presentation on the draft Local Board agreement and provided input, prior to a report coming to a business meeting in June for resolution.
