Auckland Transport (AT) – Parking in Pukekohe Presenters: Jenny Escobar, Parking Designer Sarah Holland, Snr Specialist Engagement Alok Vashista, Parking Design Manager Purpose: Revisiting parking proposal options for Massey Avenue and the parking strategy. Governance Role: Setting direction / priorities Proposed outcome: The board provided feedback and asked for some followup actions. The topic will be included on an AT report to a business meeting by the Elected Member Relationship Manager, AT. |

Paparata Reserve draft concept plan – consultation results Presenters: David Barker, Parks and Places Team Leader (for Kristen Greenfield, Parks and Places Specialist) Vira Feng, Landscape Architect Purpose: Review the Have Your Say consultation results for the concept plans and provide direction Governance Role: Setting direction / priorities Proposed outcome: The board provided informal direction on the draft concept plan consultation plan feedback, prior to a report coming to the business meeting for resolution.

Rural Built Environment Discussion Presenters: Eva Zombori, Snr Advisor Growth and Spatial Strategy Claire Gray, Manager Growth & Spatial Strategy Sarah Lindsay, Principal Architect Shay Eleanor, Principal Landscape Architect Purpose: Discuss the draft Rural Built Environment design guide, seeking feedback from the board. Governance Role: Input to regional decision-making Proposed Outcome: The board provided their feedback on possible inclusions to be considered as part of the Rural Built Environment draft design guide. A report will be presented to the board at a business meeting for resolution. |

Community Partnership Programme – Delivery Partner presentations Presenters: Coral Timmins, Franklin Community Broker Adel Chanson, Specialist Advisor Marie-Clare Cockburn, Oha Café, Waiuku - Tuhiōhōrangi presenter Purpose: Provide a community partner report to the board Governance Role: Oversight and monitoring Proposed outcome: The board reviewed the Tuhiōhōrangi presentation and report on the annual Matariki celebration in Waiuku.
