	Item 1 – Kōkiri Agreement 10.15am-11.15am Presenter/s:                  Owena Schuster, Elected Member Relationship Partner Summary of Discussions: Staff from Auckland Transport discussed proposed changes to the Kōkiri Agreement 2025/2026. Break  11.15am-11.30am Item 2 – Foster Bay Seawall Renewal – Community Day Feedback, presented by the Coastal Management team 11.30am-12.30pm Presenter/s:                  Natasha Carpenter, Head of Coastal Management. Sage Vernall, Senior Coastal Adaptation Specialist. Christoph Soltau, Principal Coastal Specialist. Bill Strickland, Project Manager. Summary of Discussions: Staff presented community feedback on the Foster Bay Seawall Renewal to the local board and discussed the proposed designs for the project. Break  12.30pm-1.15pm Item 3 – Q4 Community Wellbeing update to Waitakere Ranges LB 1.15pm-2.15pm Presenter/s:                  Lisa Howard Smith, Community Broker. Summary of Discussions: Staff presented the Quarter 4 Community Wellbeing update to the local board.
