Session 1 – 10.03am

Park and Community Facilities update: P&CF Monthly report update / Murrays Bay Reserve play space update

Summary of Discussion

Staff were in attendance to discuss renewal options for the Murrays Bays Beach Reserve play space, the PCF monthly report and receive local board feedback.

Session 2 – 11.00am

Activation of parks, places and open spaces in 2024/2025 and draft 2025/2026 programme

Presenters:                   Sanjeev Karan - Activation Team Manager (Via MS Teams)

                                      Ruth Barraclough - Activation Advisor

Summary of Discussion

Staff were in attendance to provide an update on the Out and About Activation Programme and receive local board feedback.

Session 3 – 11.24am

Hibiscus and Bays Play Plan 2025 implementation for Financial Year 2025/2026

Presenters:                   Jacquelyn Collins - Play Portfolio Lead

                                      Matthew Johnson - Play Project Manager (Via MS Teams)

Summary of Discussion

Staff were in attendance to update the local board on the Play Plan 2025 implementation for Financial Year 2025/2026.

Watercare's Metropolitan Water Strategy - public engagement learnings

Summary of Discussion

Watercare staff were in attendance to provide the local board with a summary of recent public engagement for the Metropolitan Servicing Strategy and outline next steps.

Recovery Office - Community and Social Recovery update

                                      Leanne Roche - Community Led Recovery Manager (Via MS Teams)

Staff were in attendance to provide an update to the local board on the progress of Community and Social Recovery.
