To ensure the
governance model for Council's non-substantive CCOs is appropriate.
CCO/2020/21 approved the council undertaking a review of the status of
non-substantive council-controlled organisations and the framework for
undertaking the review.
As of January
2025, Council’s non-substantive CCOs are:

undertake performance monitoring of the CCO to evaluate its contribution to
